Hello and thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear your Spindle has bent. This part is covered by our life time warranty so I am happy to get you a warranty replacement. Please contact me at support@rabaconda.com. Here are also a few tips to help prevent this form happening moving forward. The most common cause for a bent Spindle is the wheel not being fully supported by the Wheel Supports. If the sprocket or rotor on the wheel makes contact with the frame of the Tire Changer before the Wheel Supports you will most likely bend a Spindle when breaking the bead. Always check to make sure the wheel is completely supported by the Wheel Supports before changing tires. Use the include Wheel Support Risers if needed. Thank you
Thank you for the parts. Always super fast shipping.
I have always been one that likes to change their own tires but some of these tires that fit the big adventure bikes are a real b…. to get mounted and that’s where the Rabaconda shines
Don’t get me wrong they’re still hard to get on and off the rim but this device sure does help and if you like to change your own tires it can pay for itself in no time
The price was the only thing that I was hesitant about but I got my riding buddy to agree to pay half the price and we haven’t looked back
I'm surprised the one it came with bent already. That spindle needs to be straight so the duck head travels around the rim well. Michelin tires have a stiff bead and side wall which might have caused the bend in the spindle. Glad the replacement was reasonably priced. Have done enough tire swaps to pay foe the machine. Love the tire changer. It's perfect. Swap when you want.
