The Street Bike Tire Changer ships ready to handle hubs from 15 to 32mm out of the box. The Universal Big Hub Adapter picks up where the standard spindle leaves off, extending compatibility out to 68mm for single-sided swingarm wheels that would otherwise be a non-starter.
Installation is straightforward: thread the adapter onto the wheel hub by hand, then place the wheel over the standard 20mm center spindle as normal. No special tools, no modified workflow. It's also compatible with the Rabaconda Motorcycle Wheel Balancer, so if you're using both tools, one adapter covers both jobs.
Important: Measure your hub before ordering. The standard Street Bike Tire Changer spindle with stepped bushing covers 20-32mm, so if you're in that range, you don't need this. If you're running a BMW motorcycle, this adapter isn't the right fit; Rabaconda makes a dedicated BMW Shaft Drive Adapter for those.
Best for: riders with single-sided swingarm bikes running hubs above 32mm, multi-bike garages that need to cover a wider hub range, and anyone who already owns the Street Bike Tire Changer or Wheel Balancer and needs to add compatibility for a new bike.
Common bikes this fits: Ducati Panigale and Multistrada single-sided, MV Agusta F3, Honda VFR1200, Harley-Davidson Tri Glide rear and similar single-sided swingarm setups with hubs between 32 and 68mm.

I don’t know if I’m super excited over the hub adapter, but it does what you need it to do. The rabaconda itself is great and the setup/tear down is literally seconds. So remarkably portable. Using it was strange for me as I’ve done literally thousands of tires on traditional pneumatic and electric professional grade tire machines. The rabaconda works a bit different (the head spins instead of the wheel). But once I got the hang of it, can change tires very quickly and scratch free!
The adapter worked as advertised on my Ducati Monster SSS wheel. Pay attention to the tension on the nut... as the wheel spins on the rack, the nut can unscrew and the wheel will get loose.
Have not used the adapter at this point. I have changed 3 tires with the Street Bike Tire Changer and love it! Very well made and made the task a breeze! Thanks!
Works as it should. I love it! My first tire took a minute. I should have looked at the instructions. Read the instructions and the second tire was event free. Too easy . You guys make one heck of a product!
This adapter worked on the KTM 1290 wheel that I was working on. The bore is bigger on one side than on the other so it was barely large enough on the large side.
It was frustrating to purchase and receive the Rabaconda kit and immediately see that I needed to then order this adapter. It was also difficult to determine what exactly I needed when I went to your website to order this.
The part functions fine, ordering was unclear.

Fit perfectly on the rear wheel of my Ducati multistrada with the single sided swingarm. Was also able to balance the wheel and new tire with the device also!
My wheel hub on my 2023 has two internal diameters. The adapter fits the smaller diameter perfectly but it's approx 4mm to small for the other side. The only way I could use it, was to use my hub nut as a spacer which was difficult to get completely central, causing issues when trying to static balance the wheel. Increasing the diameter of one of the sides would work perfect but I've since made a nylon adapter ring to fit.

It would be nice if you could have made the Rebaconda tire changer to hold down the tires and rim to make tire changes easier.
I have a 2010 gold wing and a2019 Harley road glide.
If I had a lathe I would make a threaded bar for the machine to hold down the rim .
You could have easily done that but chose not to.
I bet if you made one and put it on your accessory page it would sell just fine.
I have BMW GS650. Can use on rear wheel when I add a large washer. I have not got tire changer to work with my Metzler tires. I change tire with 3 spoons, and I have dual disc on front so no luck there. waset of money.

My bike has a single swing arm so this adapter is very necessary for tire change. It helps keep the rim from moving while you are working on Rabaconda.
Like all Rabaconda tools I've purchased, it's made to high standards and works well. Nothing makes a job easier than having the correct tool for the job.
